Nicon from time to time will issue periodic patches, updates or upgrades that will increase functionality and better TELESYS.

By "patch" we mean minor modifications. Those modifications do not constitute a Version. Most of the times patches will not require changes in the client's database and are be installed easily.
By "update" we mean new releases. Updates could mean that changes of hotel-hospital-business database structure may be necessary. As an example, an update is issued whenever a new Peripheral or FrontOffice Software driver is added
By "upgrade" we mean new releases including substantial modifications. Upgrades most of the times demand more important changes of hotel-hospital-business database structure and/or other applications.
By "version" we mean the licensed software.
